About our ambassador program
The DreamIt Ambassador Program is a semester-long student leadership initiative designed to extend the impact of The DreamIt Tour beyond a single event. Ambassadors serve as role models, creatives, mentors, and change-makers within their school community, helping peers turn ideas into action while building confidence, leadership, and purpose. The ambassador program is offered to students once The DREAMIT Tour has visited their school!
Who can be an ambassador?
The program is open to motivated middle and high school students from all backgrounds. Ambassadors do not need prior leadership experience—just a willingness to learn, participate, and grow.
Students are selected in partnership with school staff based on interest, leadership potential, and commitment.

The DreamIt Ambassador Program includes a self-paced, guided leadership course designed to help students build confidence, leadership skills, and purpose over time. The course blends interactive lessons, group discussions, and real-world application, allowing students to learn and lead at the same time.
All ambassadors complete a core leadership course before selecting a focus track to continue.
